Past Events

On July 24th, 2010 I was a featured performer at the Sanderson Centre as part of the Alexander Graham Bell 100th Anniversary Celebration in Brantford, Ont.  What a wonderful venue! It's a very old theatre and was designed with acoustic instruments in mind. Huge thanks to the technical crew for all their help, and Kathleen McDonald for harpist wrangling.

On the July 8th Folk night at the Blue Dog Cafe in Brantford the Celtic group "Cymer" (Dan MacDonald and myself on bodhran and harp) premiered some new material.  It was a very hot, humid night, so thanks to the audience for their enthusiasm (and to my harp for staying in tune...)

The Ceilidh at the Arts Block April 30th was a riot!  We had a great, fun crowd.  Thanks to Eclectic Celtic, Katie and Cyndi and Dan MacDonald for coming out to play with me that night.  Please check out their respective websites.  Great musicians (and nice people!) fiddlercyn@msn.com          And congratulations to Asia and Emily on your first ceilidh.
